hi there, I am new in this forum so sorry for not Polish language in advance ;)
I have one serious question: does anybody try LPG sequence gas in dohc v tec civic engine?
I have my own b16a jdm engine fitted in civic 5gen and I am thinking is it a good idea to fit gas in it? or it can damage my engine?
Thanks, Peter
basically you should answer yourself the question if this JDM engine is worth of the LPG installation.
The second thing... The only one idea is to install the full sequence LPG injection system. Which country do you represent?

Yes You are write, I can install sequence LPG injection system but better not jdm engine, can be basic b16a1 or b16a2, I am from Lithuania, and installation is not so expensive for 4 cyl engines (300-400 eur). But I am afraid will it be ok with honda engine? I had old accord with 2.0l engine with gas, but not sequence injection, so I broke my engine in 60 000km, one piston melted :)) I know that installing in v-tec can be destroying for this engine.
I know, that it is ok install and make it work on gas till 5000 rpm, and after that automatically switch to petrol...But will it be good, that is a question. I had d16z6 engine, fitted gas, and was ok, but i was driving ti only 15 000km, so it is too short time to decide if its ok.
I have B18C4 engine with serquence LPG injection system and it's working very well!
From technical point of view, it is possible without any additional stress to the engine.
However, the problem lays in proper installing, configuring and calibrating the system. For sure, You shouldn't just go to the LPG installing garage and ask for the installment. Take Your time and read throughout the web for peoples' LPG projects for more demanding cars. Just to clear things up, I do not own VTI engine with LPG but have read quite much about this.
People say that Landi Renzo Omegas should do the work but there are also cheaper alternatives. I've seen an example of Subaru Legacy's 3.0 V6 engine valves being melted, smoked and generally ripped off just after 20.000 km of usage on probably not well configured Landi Omegas installation.
Effective vaporiser (or even two), fast injectors and ECU with huge regulation capabilities are the things You should seek.
There are projects for H22A7 engines which rev till end on LPG without any pooring to the fuel-air mixture.

Ok, thanks a lot ;) That was a problem that I was thinking of, because as we know ( I know:), dohc vtec engine has 3 differ tappets on the cams and it has to be very difficult to configure it properly. As I know we do not have any civic vtec with gas in LT, not talking about d series. Now I believed that it is possible.
And what about LPG in turbo? :))) is it very funny question? :)) for example b20b turbo with 270 hp in civic :)) ??
