shining ring in the ignition lock

hello

I search the part number from the shining ring on the ignition lock

The ring is directly in the ignition lock with in there, this I see right??
if I then must buy new ignition lock
only about to have this shining ring???

maybe this fotos help you, kay.
i think, if you want to have this ring in your car you must change all 'cylinder set' - 35010-ST3-G80.
this ring probably isn't separate part.
rover 400 series also have this ring into 'ignition lock' (cylinder set).
